For our company, it is a must to know your ideas and wishes on the most special day of your life. And there is no better way to do so than with an appointment with one of our professional consultants: this is called high-end in personalized service.

Once your estimate is received, one member of our staff will email you back a confirmation. If after 12 hours there is not a confirmation email from our company, please check your SPAM box or call us to the phone 2237-2023 to verify your email address.

Do not forget to fill out the form with at least 2 phone numbers and 2 email accounts in order to contact you more easily.

Details to consider:

  • The first appointment is courtesy of SILBER Event Planner Company.

  • If you are unable to you arrive on time, the appointment will be either moved to the next available time while you wait until SILBER Event Planner Company staff is available for you. However, after a 30-minute delay the appointment will be canceled.

  • If you cannot attend to the scheduled meeting (the day and time assigned for the consultancy), SILBER Event Planner Company respectfully ask you to cancel the appointment at least 24 hours before. You can contact the company via email or phone number. If you don't cancel the appointment with sufficient time, the new one will cost ¢15,000 per hour.

  • If you would like a second appointment prior signing a contract with SILBER Event Planner Company, this consultancy would cost ¢15,000 per hour. This charge will be deducted from the total price of the event when you decide to organize your event with our company. Finally, once the contract is signed all follow-up meetings and appointments have no cost.
